    This fraternity formed in the aftermath of the closing of a chapter of a national chapter. The national chapter closed due to various problems, including low numbers. Some of the new guys decided to keep going and formed ONA (out of every ending, a new beginning). I only know this because I lived with a bunch of the original members.
